Valentine's Day
Dinner Menu
The evening begins with bubbles and chocolate—a complimentary glass of Prosecco and a chocolate-dipped strawberry toast to set the mood. During Cocktail Hour, enjoy butler-passed hors d’oeuvres including ahi tuna tartare, bacon-wrapped tater tots (yes, they’re as good as they sound), and steak lollipops paired with blistered shishito peppers.
Next comes the romance on the plate. Guests will enjoy a Caprese salad featuring burrata, arancini, and sun-dried tomato pesto, followed by a deviled egg trio amuse-bouche—small bites, big flavor, and the perfect lead-in to the main event.
For the main course, the hardest part is choosing. Select from Surf & Turf with filet mignon and bacon-wrapped scallops, Sea Bass Oscar topped with jumbo lump crab, or Chicken Marsala finished with sage butter and morel ragout. The evening wraps up with Sweet Pear “Bijoux” dessert, served with crème anglaise and chocolate ganache—because no Valentine’s dinner should end without dessert (or sharing at least one bite)
